The new way in health finance
Büdingen Med is one of the leading private medical fee centers for doctors in Germany. After leaving the PVS association of private medical clearing houses, a profound change process is initiated, which requires a strategic realignment, a change in the corporate culture and the new development of the corporate brand in order to expand the market position and thus ensure sustainable growth of the company.
Rebernig accompanies the group in the change process in the development of the brand strategy and the new brand identity, which makes the strength of the company visible internally and externally and which creates the basis for sustainable growth. As part of the change process, we developed a new corporate identity in the BrandLab in intensive identity and strategy workshops with shareholders, management and employees, on the basis of which we developed the new company name, the change story, the brand promise and the new corporate design. The change process was accompanied by an integrated value-based communication campaign in print, dialogue and online media.
With the new brand identity, which reflects the values, the strategic repositioning and the competence of the company, we were able to motivate and inspire both the doctors and dentists in Germany and the employees of Büdingen Med. We have succeeded in making the employees one of the most important factors in brand implementation as brand ambassadors and in aligning the entire organization with a common vision through internal branding.
Our work has received numerous international awards. We are delighted to receive the Corporate Design Award Germany 2018, German Design Award 2019 "Winner Communication Design“ and German Brand Award 2019, here two categories "Winner Excellence in Brand Strategy“ and "Winner Employer Brand of The Year“.
