The MEG Mitarbeiter-Einkaufsgesellschaft mbH will be launched in 2016 with a new employee purchasing portal exclusively for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The employee benefits programme offers attractive price advantages for private online purchases of selected top brands in a constantly growing brand portfolio. The portal promises the participating institutions real added value, without any time or additional costs as an instrument in personnel management: it strengthens the employer brand, motivates and retains employees.

How

Rebernig designed the portal with high demands on usability and user experience and accompanied the successful launch with an integrated communication campaign, which opens market access via the board level of the savings banks and activates the approximately 334200 employees of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The employee purchasing portal of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe has now become an important component of the successful internal branding.
