We collect the listed data to ensure a smooth connection of the website and to enable a comfortable use of our website by the users. Each time one of our pages containing XING functions is called up, a connection is established to XING servers. To the best of our knowledge, no personal data is stored in this process. In particular, no IP addresses are stored and usage behavior is not evaluated.
5. Analysis tools and advertising
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Data transfer and recipient

In addition, we use external service providers for the processing of our services, which we have carefully selected and commissioned in writing. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked by us. With whom we have, if necessary, concluded contract processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. These are service providers who are responsible for webhosting, sending e-mails and the maintenance and servicing of our IT systems etc. The service providers will not pass on this data to third parties.
Duration of storage of personal data
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the relevant legal retention periods (e.g. from commercial law and tax law). After expiry of the respective period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted. If data is required for the fulfilment or initiation of a contract, or if we have a legitimate interest in its further storage, the data will be deleted if it is no longer required for these purposes or if you exercise your right of revocation or objection.

Order data processing
We have concluded a contract with Google for commissioned data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
